"And I said: 'Here am I; send me' " - (Isaiah 6:8)
This was a twofold dedication. First of all, it was a dedication of himself to the Lord; and then it was a dedication of himself to the Lord's service. He did not begin by saying,'Lord, send me!' First of all, there was the dedication of his whole being to God; then there was the willingness to be in the place where God wanted him, and could use him, and would use him.
Have you given yourself wholly to the Lord like that? Have you come to the point where you have said to Him,'Here am I?' If not, at this very moment, you can yield yourself unto God - your spirit, soul and body, your whole life, your home, your job, your affections, your loved ones, your friends, your possessions - everything. 'Here am I' - all that I am and have: please take it..... I'll go where you want me to go, dear Lord.'
'And He said, Go and tell this people.....' Now do you see why Isaiah's lips had to be cleansed? The Lord wanted to use them; and immediately they were cleansed, the Lord began to use his lips for His glory and for His praise..... Fullness of blessing is found in doing God's will in the place of His choice.

There are times when it is so difficult to truly say the words. "I Surrender All". As humans we all want to say I surrender some. To truly be willing to do anything and everything that God wants us to do as a human is impossible. I am so glad that nothing is impossible with God.
