MOON RING
A refraction of light This rainbow of night That surrounds your particular moon
Ice crystals in skies You gaze with your eyes At paled promises reflecting your gloom
But do not despair For all creatures fair Have their share of misfortune and pain
For Master above In His tender love Has deemed life's journeys not vain
All those greatly used Have been harsly abused By circumstance soured while on earth
Kipling, Anne Frank Beethoven's heart sank Living each with their share of bleak dearth
But out of all this God brings others great bliss In talents uncovered through strife
So perhaps seasons buffer And enough now you've suffered To bring hope to another rare life
