YOUR WORD
Your word is a daily delight to me,
tasteful tidbits that thrill my senses;
vibrant food that titillates my stomach,
a heavenly juice that fills my mind.
What life is embedded in its nature,
that feeds and waters those who seek,
the eternal power that it has to place,
it's richness into the hearts of believers.
For my life is very blessed every day
that I am alive to taste such a treasure,
while being anointed by the life-giving powers,
of my Lord, who alone has it to give.
For He is abundant life everlasting,
a precious jewel with an eternal gift,
that fills a believer each day with all that he
will need to survive... with His daily bread.
