You still here, Lord? A safe dare When you decide to dare God to teach you about His faithfulness, get ready to learn because He will never turn you down. And if you dare Him to take your problems and show you what you should do, get ready for His instructions that are always clothed in Who He is. His integrity frames every command. When you dare Him to make Himself known to you, you unleash His hand upon your life. You stand open and vulnerable, and your fear and insecurity and exasperation have to face God and see what happens. It's not even close to a fair fight. Because daring God to be a bigger part of your life is a prayer you can always count on to be answered with an immediate "yes", you will feel His powerful presence in that one breath. He will stay close to you so that you won't be able to think a thought that doesn't concern Him. As He walks with you through your dare. He will delight in your discovery and amazement, your comfort and peace. He knows where you need to go, and if you dare Him to show you, He grabs the chance to be close to you. Why? Because it's Who He is. Commit your works to the Lord, and you thoughts will be established. Proverbs 16:3 NKJV Do you see the cycle? He does what He does because He is Who He is. His faithfulness to answer you call is part of Who He is. That's why no dare that calls Him close to you is too much for Him, And nothing gets His attention faster.
